About the Role

Sierra Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular lab team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our cath lab.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures
  • Assess and prepare patients for procedures, including administering moderate sedation under the guidance of a physician
  • Monitor and position patients during procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with the physician and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada
  • Current POC license within 90 days
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Minimum of one year experience in critical care
