Your Role

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team of passionate professionals. As a teacher at Success Academy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Utilizing various instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning
• Managing a classroom of 20+ scholars
• Assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
• Providing timely feedback and support to help students improve
• Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan. Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

• A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development
• Ability to work in person in New York City (stipend available for qualified relocations)
