Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM) leader to drive the growth of our international market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing campaigns to engage and grow target prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build and advance pipeline for our sales organization.
  • Lead a small team of marketers, providing guidance on goals, expectations, and performance.
  • Create scalable, impactful campaigns and playbooks resulting in customer upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Work closely with our digital and demand gen ABM team to develop and implement account-based technology, reporting, and measurement strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years experience in a similar marketing role for a fast-growing B2B technology company.
  • Experience in people management is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel and multi-channel marketing programs.
