Cranes and Excavators Supervisor Job Summary

W.W. Clyde is seeking an experienced Cranes and Excavators Supervisor to lead our operations team in the Arizona Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising heavy equipment operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily inspections and maintenance of heavy equipment.
  • Supervision of heavy equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Coordination with management and subcontractors to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports related to equipment operations.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $100,000 - $150,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401K match, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, and Holiday Pay.
