Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a Night Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport waste to the proper disposal area
  • Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
