Role Summary:
Serigor Inc. is seeking experienced F-16 Instructor Pilots to support the PACAF Simulator Instructor contract. This role involves delivering high-quality training to aircrew members in a simulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct simulator training for RAP, DMO, LSB, and Distributed Live Control tactical and fundamental mission events.
  • Create and oversee realistic training scenarios for tactical mission events and basic skills training.
  • Maintain daily logs and provide updates on aircrew training progress to relevant unit representatives.
  • Operate various training consoles to facilitate Air Force and Joint tactical exercises.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and monitoring student performance.
  • Ensure proficiency in operating essential F-16 series Aircrew Training Devices.
  • Utilize prior aircraft operating experience to engage and maintain the attention of trainees.
  • Meet specific AFI 11-2E-3 requirements and be physically qualified to operate the simulator.
  • Prepare necessary reports as directed by management.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be capable of entering and exiting the simulator and conducting instruction for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen; proficient in English and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Operational flight experience as an instructor within the last three years.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft, including 500 hours in F-16 series or 200 instructor hours in any fighter.
  • Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or equivalent within six months of employment.
  • Must maintain ground training currency and possess a minimum Secret/SAP Clearance; Top Secret/SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Certifications:

  • 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time.
  • US citizenship.
  • Recent operational flight instructor experience.
  • Completion of relevant instructor training courses.
  • Security clearance requirements.
