Dietitian Nutritionist

At Healthcare Services Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation.
• Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities.
• Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.

Requirements:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
