About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Family Medicine team at Covenant Medical Group. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician or advanced practice registered nurse.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
  • Conduct vital signs, perform basic lab tests, and document patient information.
  • Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas or New Mexico.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
