Respiratory Therapist (RRT & CRT)

Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

Hours: 7am - 7pm OR 7pm-7am

PRN, Per Diem Days or Nights

Pay: $35 per hour +

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Evaluate patient conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Teach and counsel patients and families

Qualifications

Must possess active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
  • Current state licensure required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Preferred qualifications

  • One (1) year of related experience preferred
