Fabrication Specialist

Forecast Sales, a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of sandblasting equipment, is seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join its team in Indianapolis. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality metal products using specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in mig and sub-arc welding, as well as familiarity with engineering blueprints and standard fabrication safety rules. A strong ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet productivity standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to meet product specifications
• Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and quality
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Manager

Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
