We provide comprehensive training and resources to ensure your success in this role, with a focus on developing future leaders within the organization. Your effectiveness will be evaluated based on your ability to nurture talent and your team's success in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, backed by a minimum of 5 years in retail or consumer sales, including 3 years in a management role with full accountability.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Be open to occasional travel (up to 10%) to support nearby locations.
  • Take charge of all store KPIs.
  • Oversee team attendance and promote accountability through effective coaching.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues, striving for continuous improvement in the in-store experience.
  • Manage store operations and ensure adherence to appearance standards.
  • Provide real-time coaching and development for your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team Leads to cultivate their leadership abilities.
  • Engage in ongoing leadership training to enhance your management, operational, and communication skills.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in the store, encouraging high energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Manage scheduling and payroll budgets while identifying hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews for prospective team members.
  • Oversee merchandising strategies and ensure compliance with plan-o-grams.
  • Manage supply orders, including signage and fixtures.
