Summary

We are hiring for a Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, establish individualized treatment plans, and set goals for the team plan of care.
  • Set initial and long-term goals.
  • Use equipment properly and safely, maintain equipment inspection and cleaning logs, and report broken or faulty equipment.
  • Maintain equipment logs for required equipment in the outpatient clinic.
  • Follow medical regimens developed for patients, adhere to precautions, and be aware of patient needs.
  • Use safe treatment techniques, including transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin baths, cryotherapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
  • Complete discharge summaries for each patient on their final visit to the outpatient PT clinic.
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
