Position Summary:

As an HVAC Superintendent at L&S, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Your role will involve maintaining quality standards and safeguarding the construction site while adhering to the established schedule. Regular communication with the Home Office and builders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance your expertise across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC disciplines while collaborating with industry professionals.
  • Organize and coordinate daily job activities of assistants and subcontractors according to specific project requirements.
  • Ensure that residential construction complies with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards.
  • Address and resolve issues related to work processes, complaints, damages, accidents, and project delays.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent in single-family residential construction.
  • Possession of EPA Universal HVAC certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and managing extensive documentation.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including working in various weather conditions and lifting heavy objects.
