About the Role:

This full-time position requires a strong leader who can prioritize tasks, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work independently. You will be responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency service calls during business and after-hours.
  • Assign technicians within your team to emergency projects.
  • Communicate with customers and inform them of job progress daily.
  • Document job site conditions in restoration software.

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with restoration software.

Qualifications:
