Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Building Caretaker to join our team at Link/Viking Staffing Services - Inland Empire. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance and be able to provide general repairs and perform routine maintenance for our facilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- General repairs and routine maintenance for interior and exterior of the building
- Maintain overall appearance and address needed repairs
- Assist with minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting repairs
- Participate in daily, weekly and annual preventative maintenance for the building
- Report significant repair needs to management
Essential Skills:
- Relevant work experience in maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Physically fit and able to manage heavy workload
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on qualifications.
