Outpatient Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians, LVNs/LPNs, and RNs to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure in the state of employment.
- Current CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing, with a strong background in hemodialysis care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
