- A minimum of 1+ year experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; however, the ability to train newly graduated dental assistants is also acceptable.
- The ideal candidate should possess superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients.
- Good manual dexterity is necessary for taking and developing X-rays.
