Job Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at CHI St. Anthony Hospital, your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supervising support personnel as needed. Key tasks include evaluating patients, developing realistic goals, implementing treatment plans, and providing necessary documentation for Medicare billing. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintains established policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates patient needs and refers to other treatment team members as appropriate.
  • Develops goals with patient input and explains treatment plan.
  • Plans occupational therapy treatment program based on evaluation results.
  • Implements treatment or supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or occupational therapy student.
  • Collections data for Medicare billing and provides necessary documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited AOTA program and possession of State of Oregon occupational therapist licensure. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage your time effectively. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
