Responsibilities of the Coffee Specialist:

  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to patrons
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and products
  • Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist in Reception or Life Enrichment roles as necessary
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday with potential weekend shifts

Qualifications for the Coffee Specialist Role:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach
  • Capability to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions, seeking clarification when needed
  • Exhibit a strong ethical standard
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Aptitude for building relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Experience as a Barista is advantageous
  • Cash handling experience is a plus
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Availability for weekend shifts
