We are in search of an individual who is motivated to progress within a surveying organization. Our operations extend across New Jersey, the eastern half of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. What You Bring to SAM:

  • Guide crew members in their professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to devise an effective field data collection strategy.
  • Compile daily reports, time sheets, and other necessary documentation.
  • Engage professionally with client representatives and landowners.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in documenting work performed and creating field sketches.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager and technicians regarding project timelines and progress.
  • Supervise the daily field operations of the survey crew.
  • Assist in determining the most efficient approach for data acquisition for field surveys, including primary control, construction layout, and as-built surveys.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Aim to evolve into a Field Coordinator role, facilitating interaction with all crews operating in the northeastern region.
