We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SLP Operations, LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest developments in nursing practice and healthcare technology.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
