Pricing Specialist Job Summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to ensure pricing integrity in our stores. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating pricing and shelf tag information, promoting customer service, and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and update pricing information in the computer system
  • Investigate and add items not on file, and run reports to prevent shrink
  • Tear, sort, and hang price tags, and ensure displays and shelves have accurate pricing and signage
  • Verify and apply price changes from ads, ad corrections, and discontinued clearance items
  • Maintain scanning and computer equipment, and contact Help Desk for assistance when necessary
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to learn new technology systems, methods, and processes
  • Basic knowledge of FIM (Fresh Item Management) and SAP reporting applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners
Work Environment:

Work is generally performed in a retail store with a quiet to moderate noise level. Brookshire Grocery Company strives to provide a safe, drug-free, and alcohol-free environment for its partners and guests.
