Key Responsibilities of a Restore Skincare Specialist

• Conducting consultations and delivering services such as Body Contouring, Microneedling, Neveskin Facials, HydraFacials, and Circadia Oxygen Facials.
• Developing and nurturing your own clientele.
• Keeping precise records of each treatment session.
• Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all aesthetic equipment and treatment spaces.
• Promoting Restore's aesthetic services and retail offerings to both existing and prospective clients.
• Cross-promoting additional Restore services that may enhance the aesthetic experience.
• Overseeing inventory and ordering aesthetic supplies as necessary.
• Educating clients about Restore's services and products that enhance their overall experience.
• Assisting with general store operations, including welcoming customers, answering inquiries, providing tours, selling services, processing transactions, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning duties.

Essential Qualities for Success as a Restore Skincare Specialist

• You hold a valid esthetician license.
• You possess experience or certification in Body Sculpting, Microneedling, and HydraFacial technologies - this is preferred but not mandatory.
• Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional.
• You have experience in consultations and sales.
• You prioritize ethics and integrity in your practice.
• You are dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best.
