Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the service process
- Gather and review information about vehicles and their owners
- Prepare and present estimates for repairs and maintenance work
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular updates and follow-up interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of service operations
