Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pre-Donation Medical Screenings: Conduct thorough medical screenings and assessments to ensure donor suitability.
  • Administer Compassionate Care: Provide skilled and compassionate care during the plasma donation process.
  • Monitor Donor Vital Signs: Monitor donor vital signs and manage adverse reactions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Educate Donors: Educate donors on the importance of plasma donation and ensure adherence to protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Current AEMT/Paramedic Certification: Current AEMT/Paramedic certification in Washington.
