Position Overview:
The 3 South nursing unit at Medina Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to enhance our team of skilled caregivers. This unit specializes in general medical-surgical care for adult and geriatric patients, focusing on observation and management of various medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans to meet patient needs effectively.
- Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
- Administer medications and treatments as per nursing guidelines.
- Facilitate patient discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
