Job Overview
L & L - Idaho, LLC is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes using woks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and dental coverage, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Job
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a line cook, preferably with experience using woks or in an Asian cuisine setting. They will be able to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and operations, and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items using woks, following recipes and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including all cooking and preparation areas. Monitor food stock levels, restocking items as needed, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh. Assist with daily kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, and plating dishes. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the highest standards are met.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook, preferably with experience using woks or in an Asian cuisine setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
