About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing non-medical personal care and assistance with daily living activities, housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, companionship, and other supportive services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with toileting, including use of bedpans, commodes, or toilets
  • Help clients with transfers and ambulation using canes, walkers, and wheelchairs
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals with assistance from clients when possible
  • Assist with shopping and errands
  • Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background check
  • Experience as a caregiver is preferable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Hoyer lift experience (specific to client)
  • Able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Adequate physical endurance
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include set schedules, weekly pay, direct deposit, advancement opportunities, online training, and more.
