About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud System Administrator to join our team at Blue Horizon Solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in driving our IT transformation strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Project Management: You will be responsible for managing cloud projects, including Active Directory, AD Connect, Azure AD, Backup, SDWAN, VPN, and Firewalls. This will involve planning, implementing, and maintaining these systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • IT Service Migration: You will lead the migration of IT services to the cloud, including M365, Exchange Online, Exchange Backup, Email Archiving, SharePoint Online. You will also provide advice to departments on various cloud projects, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Authentication and Identity Management: You will develop concepts for authentication infrastructures, identity management, and securing cloud products. This will involve managing external IT service providers and contributing to our IT transformation concept.
  • Problem Solving and Monitoring: You will independently and as part of a team perform monitoring, error analysis, and problem solving to ensure the stability and security of our cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have completed training as a specialist in system administration or have comparable professional experience. You have confident professional experience in administration in the Windows server environment.
  • Technical Skills: You have excellent knowledge in several areas, including Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, Exchange, M365, and various cloud services.
  • Soft Skills: You have a solution-oriented and reliable approach, communicate confidently across all hierarchy levels, and have excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written).
