Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at OhioHealth. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in performing diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms and vascular studies, to help patients uncover their own power to be healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests, including echocardiograms and vascular studies
  • Conduct follow-up paperwork for each procedure
  • Promote a positive and caring environment for patients and their families, coworkers, physicians, and guests
Requirements
  • High School or GED (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
  • Minimum in a two-year allied, patient-related healthcare program
  • Registered (RDCS or RCS) or registry eligible (RDCS or RCS) with registry obtained within 12 months of hire
Work Environment

This role is part of our Cardiac Imaging Lab team, working a scheduled 36-hour week with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
