Adventist HealthCare is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain CT scanners and ancillary equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist radiologists and other staff in interventional procedures, providing technical support and expertise.
  • Accurately document patient information and imaging results in computer systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and safety, working closely with the Director, Manager, and Radiologist.
  • Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an AMA/JRCERT accredited school of Radiography preferred.
  • 1 year of CT experience preferred; State of Maryland Radiation Technologist license, ARRT (CT), and CPR certification required.
  • Strong customer service and critical thinking skills, with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with basic PC skills and experience with RIS/PACS systems.
