Job Title: Rape Crisis Manager

CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rape Crisis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic outreach to sexual assault survivors and their loved ones, increasing community awareness of our program, and offering therapy, 24-hour hotline assistance, hospital and court advocacy, community education, and relevant information and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide trauma-informed care to clients, ensuring emotional, psychological, and physical safety.
  • Track statistical data to enhance the efficacy of program initiatives.
  • Offer counseling services to clients, as needed, along with other resources and services within and outside the agency.
  • Participate in local Sexual Assault Response Team and other community groups.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active LPC or LSW license issued by the State of Ohio.
  • Previous experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably NextGen.
  • Previous experience providing mental health, AOD, sexual trauma-informed, and evidence-based counseling services.
  • Maintains 40-hour Rape Crisis Advocate training obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends.
