Role Summary and Qualifications
As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and their families about health conditions, and offering emotional support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying knowledge of human growth and development to assess and treat patients appropriately.
- Implementing customer service initiatives to enhance patient experience.
- Utilizing the nursing process to address individual patient needs.
- Performing technical skills and procedures competently.
- Documenting patient care accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee or a compact state.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Completion of ACLS/Telemetry training within six months of hire.
