Position Overview:

This full-time position involves collaborating closely with our minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) specialists. Key responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures, conducting hospital rounds, and providing care to pre-operative and post-operative patients in the clinic. Some on-call responsibilities may be required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Surgical First Assistant
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical first assisting, preferably with a gynecological focus

Compensation Range: $136,984.00 to $185,795.00

  • Possession of a valid Physician Assistant license in Washington State upon employment

Compensation and Benefits:

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and paid time off. To comply with pay transparency regulations, we disclose a competitive compensation range for each role. The salary range for this position is $136,984.00 to $185,795.00 USD. However, actual compensation is determined by individual factors such as expertise, experience level, certifications, and education. In unionized roles, pay aligns with the relevant step on the salary scale based on the applicant's experience.
