We are seeking a skilled Sushi Prep/Line Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.

About the Role:

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes according to Kura Sushi's standards.
• Ensure high-quality presentation and flavor of all dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet guest demands.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
