CoreWeave is a leading provider of cloud services, delivering cutting-edge solutions for accelerated computing. As a Master Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion and cost-effectiveness of our data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master schedules for raw material delivery, considering lead times, material availability, and project milestones.
- Analyze project specifications and identify material requirements, proactively forecasting needs and securing timely procurement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and availability of materials on-site.
- Track material deliveries and manage any discrepancies or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication of schedule updates.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports on material management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project scheduling or logistics, ideally within the construction or data center industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and overcoming unforeseen challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
