Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to clients in need, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to address their challenges
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in areas such as budgeting, job searching, and education
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure clients receive comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes
  • Develop and implement life management classes to assist clients in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • Associate degree or two years of college coursework in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • Two years of experience working in a social or public service environment with case management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications
