As a Nursing Program Administrator, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care in our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for maintaining standards of resident care, optimizing the geriatric care process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care
- Foster collaboration with medical staff, department heads, and administrators to develop effective nursing strategies
- Interpret policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups
- Monitor operations of nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatric settings
- Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multistate licensure in an NLC state)
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work-life balance benefits, and a generous time-off package.
