Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Doughbird. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests, including beer, wine, and cocktails
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment
  • Operate a point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
  • Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Work effectively in a high-volume environment and respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Be available to work weekends and some holidays, and fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as basic cocktail recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
