HVAC Service Technician

- Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling systems, explaining complex problems to customers in clear, non-technical terms.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and replacing components.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide the highest level of service.
- 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical agility and dexterity to work in confined spaces.
