About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Sevita. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children and adolescents with autism and other neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior analysis service plans to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of behavioral plans.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with high-intensity problem behaviors.
  • Experience with special needs populations in crisis intervention.
  • Experience with staff training and development in a residential setting.
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
