We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Sevita. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children and adolescents with autism and other neurological disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior analysis service plans to promote positive behavioral change.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of behavioral plans.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.
- Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
- Experience working with high-intensity problem behaviors.
- Experience with special needs populations in crisis intervention.
- Experience with staff training and development in a residential setting.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
