- Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.

Meet or exceed sales and service targets by effectively marketing and selling banking products and services to clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Proactively resolve client maintenance and servicing issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify and resolve client issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Stay up-to-date on banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience.
- Eligibility to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered.
