Job Title: Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach women throughout the birthing process and monitor their and their baby's vitals.
  • Administer medication and manage potential complications that may arise.
  • Assist in caesarian sections and provide education and guidance to new mothers in regard to recovery and caring for their infants.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Active RN license.
