Truss Assembler

Tindell's, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of building products and innovative solutions. As a Truss Assembler, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble trusses according to specifications received from the Engineering Department.
- Ensure plates are in proper position and finished orders are properly banded.
- Verify bundles are correctly and adequately marked with the names of job and job number.
- Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly fashion.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with other employees and supervisors.
- Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.
- Knowledge of wood products.
- Team Player with a great attitude.
Work Environment:
Our manufacturing facility is located in 37931. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage of $18.00/hr. for 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays as needed.
