Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and staff development.
- Current licensure in this state.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience in nursing supervisory roles.
