Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Child Development Coordinator to join our team at The Little Gym. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach classes to children aged 4 months to 12 years
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
  • Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure high standards are met
  • Train and evaluate fellow team members

You'll love this role if you're passionate about helping kids develop new skills and confidence. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
