  • Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Maintain the dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner
  • Keep kitchen floors clean (sweep and mop) and trash emptied
  • Maintain the dish machine after each meal
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
