Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using top-tier tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
  • Develop and maintain robust automation scripts in multiple programming languages, including C#, Java, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the development of automation best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, focusing on automation in complex, large-scale systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation architecture, programming skills, API and microservices testing, performance testing, CI/CD and DevOps, and containerization and orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and strong understanding of IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth concepts, methodologies, and technologies.

Work Environment:

This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required. Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed for this role.

Pay and Benefits:

The compensation range for this role is $115,300 - $158,600 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
