Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across North Carolina in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities
  • Therapy Services: Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to students using a virtual platform.
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
  • IEP Development: Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech and language services.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid North Carolina state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools and technology.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, disorders, and best practices in therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
  • Must be able to provide general liability insurance.
