About the Role

  • Open or close the store and run a designated shift.
  • Conduct team huddles to ensure all crew members are assigned to their tasks, set goals for the shift, and get the team excited about their day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Earn a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues in the store during the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
